Services provided by the mental health counsellors are aimed at mild to moderate mental health issues and include:
- Comprehensive individual, couple or family mental health assessment
- Mental Health treatment and follow-up as determined in consultation with you and your primary care practitioner
- Liaison with the broader mental health system to ensure continuity of care for patients requiring more intensive intervention
- Onsite assessment and consultation by a psychiatrist as requested by the physician and mental health counsellor

- Self Management Skills
- Healthy You - Weight Management
- Feelings After Birth - a group for women with post-partum depression run as needed in conjunction with the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health Unit
- Post-partum Dads
- Stress Management
- Effective Parenting
- Bullying in the Workplace
- School Bullying Prevention - in conjunction with the Centre Wellington High School
- Mindful Meditation
- Mood and Food
